Project Manager (Capital Sales & Upgrades)

Your tasks:

  1. Develop and manage capital sales projects, including system upgrades, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  2. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and other teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  3. Provide project expertise and advice to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
  4. Monitor the development of capital sales projects, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  5. Optimize project performance, utilizing project management methodologies and software to manage resources, schedules, and budgets.
  6. Identify and resolve project issues, leveraging problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to develop and implement effective solutions.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project status.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.
  9. Conduct independent in-office analyses and verifications to ensure the accuracy of project reports, financials, and other documentation.
  10. Prepare comprehensive project reports, including project status, financials, and recommendations for improvements.

Your Profile:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital sales, system upgrades, and sales support.
  3. High level of proficiency in project management software and tools, with knowledge of AutoCAD software being an advantage.
  4. Ability to work under stress, handle difficult situations, and make informed decisions.
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience in managing personnel and effective team working.
  7. Extensive knowledge of capital sales processes, system upgrades, and project management best practices.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. International and multicultural awareness, with the ability to adapt to diverse working environments.
  10. Willingness to travel as required.
  11. Valid driving license.
